Who looks after this website?

App Grove is operated by Egils. For questions about this website or a privacy request, email the maker.

Your analytics choices

Optional Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics load only after you opt in. The same choice is offered worldwide. You can accept, decline, choose each service separately, or change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Closing the preferences panel does not give consent. Declining does not prevent you from using the site.

Google Analytics is currently not connected. Vercel Analytics is currently not connected. A change to the connected analytics services asks for your choice again.

What is stored in your browser?

StoragePurposeDuration
app_grove_consent (local storage)Remembers your choices, consent-notice version and the time you made them. It is not an advertising identifier.Valid for 180 days after you save a choice. Expired records no longer permit analytics but may remain in browser storage until replaced or cleared.
little_apps_session (essential cookie)Keeps the website owner signed in to the private content studio. It is not set for ordinary visitors.Up to 12 hours; removed on sign-out.
_ga and _ga_… (optional cookies)Google Analytics uses these to distinguish visits and sessions after you opt in and the service is connected.Configured for up to 180 days without renewal on every visit; your browser may shorten this.

Optional analytics

If connected and accepted, Google Analytics measures page visits, referral sources and device/browser information. Advertising consent, Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled by this integration. Page URLs sent by our code omit query strings and fragments. See how Google uses information from partner sites.

If connected and accepted, Vercel Analytics provides aggregate reports about page visits, referrals, approximate location, browser and device information. Vercel describes its visitor identification as using a temporary hash rather than analytics cookies. Our integration removes query strings and fragments from page URLs. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information. Provider report retention is separate from this site’s browser preference and cookie lifetimes.

We rely on your consent for optional analytics. Withdrawal stops future optional collection in this browser and removes site-accessible Google Analytics cookies. A page reload normally unloads provider code; if saving the choice fails, the panel explains the storage issue and the current page keeps analytics disabled. Withdrawal does not undo processing that happened before it.

Hosting, content and security

The website uses Vercel for hosting and delivery, Neon PostgreSQL for owner-managed website content and authentication records, and Vercel Blob for uploaded artwork. The database and Blob store were provisioned in Frankfurt. This does not mean every network request, support operation, security record or subprocessor stays in the EU.

To deliver and protect the website, the hosting service receives connection information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website for this essential processing. Public visitors do not need an account.

The owner’s session stores a hashed random token and an expiry time, valid for 12 hours. Expired session records are removed during later sign-in activity; sign-out removes the current session. Login protection counts up to eight submissions in a 15-minute window using a keyed digest of the platform-supplied IP address. The application stores the digest and window information rather than the raw IP address. Expired rate-limit records are removed during later login attempts.

Vercel’s documentation currently lists one hour of runtime-log availability on Hobby. This does not describe every provider security record, build log or backup. See Vercel’s runtime-log information and privacy notice for its service practices.

Fonts, icons and artwork are delivered through this site. Uploaded artwork is stored in a private Blob store and intentionally made public through website image URLs. Only artwork intended for publication belongs there. Images can be cached for up to one year, so removing an original does not immediately remove copies already cached by browsers or delivery services. Owner-managed content and artwork remain until changed or removed; provider backups follow the applicable service arrangements.

When you contact me or follow a link

“Say hello” opens your email application. Your message is sent only when you choose to send it. The contact mailbox uses Gmail, so Google and your email provider handle your address, message and associated email information. We use correspondence to answer your request and follow up, based on our legitimate interests in responding, or to take steps you request before a contract where applicable. The website does not collect the message through a contact form.

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the conversation and any related legal or security obligations. You can request deletion. See Google’s privacy policy. App Store downloads and external links take you to services with their own privacy information. Each iOS app has separate privacy and terms links on its app page; app Health records and purchases are not collected by this website.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, database, storage and email providers may use subprocessors or process information outside the EEA or UK. Applicable safeguards depend on their contracts and the services used. See Vercel’s data processing terms, its subprocessor information, and Neon’s data processing agreement. A link to a provider’s terms does not mean every plan has identical contractual coverage.

Your rights

Where data-protection law applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, and withdraw consent. Some rights depend on the purpose and legal basis of the processing. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Latvia this is the Data State Inspectorate. To make a request, contact the maker.

You can change your mind at any time. We remember your choice in this browser for 180 days. Closing this panel does not accept analytics.
